So she quickly ordered a different coach bag for me. 2 days later part of my order was shipped to wrong address, so again I called in and the customer service rep again said don’t worry I’ll return the order and reorder but 2’of the items were not available. When I got my confirmation I immediately called and the customer service rep said no problem she changed it and it would go to the correct address. I typed the address in but their system grabbed my old address from 4 yrs ago. I placed an order on Black Friday (18 items). I job online a lot but have never had such a worst problem as this. Not to mention she borderline badgered me to apply for a Macy’s card, which I declined three times. I was floored and would hate to think she was racially profiling me. Eventually she honored the price, but closed the sale saying “be aware that this is a courtesy, any Macy’s manager would have done the same”. I never had this type of issue showing product pricing on the app vs the store price and the app/online price was honored with no problem. Her tone was very condescending and rather disrespectful. I was showing her the price on the Macy’s app and then went directly to. We went back and forth, she made me feel like I was presenting her a fraudulent picture, WEB ID for the item. When I showed Maria the price if my item shown on was not the price as she rung it up. Finally we got assurance from a manager named Maria, who walked him thru.

You need to fix that ASAP as I’m not likely to use the mobile app until you do. I removed hundreds of dollars of items from my cart trying to figure out the ACTUAL FINAL SALE PRICE OF EACH ITEM REMAINING! Secondly, it is deceiving to have the final price list below the sweaters in my cart, e.g., but have the discounts applied to other garments, but not showing its final price! It does not show it in the cart, either! It only shows the totals. It was frustrating! I want to see them all and then choose. I had a very limiting search entered-women’s, regular, size 4, cashmere, 40% off and more and found many more options by clicking through each garment in my cart. Clicking through each garment in one’s cart may enlarge or diminish the numbers of garments appearing in one’s search. I told the guy that the app would not allow me to Scan and Pay because it said it was not available at this location and he just shrugged and said guess they shouldn’t have the signs up. I even checked out at the Scan and Pay desk and told the lady there of my frustration and she said they did not have any training on it so she could not help me either. All this wasted a good hour of my time and I could not get the $10 first time user discount because in the end I just had to pay and go the old fashioned way. Unfortunately I have found Macy’s Scan and Pay to be a colossal waste of my time and extremely frustrating! I attempted to use it last week at Macy’s in Cumberland Mall in GA and the prices were not ringing up correctly on several of my items, which I removed and added several times after rebooting the app and still not right so I decided to just use it on the item that showed the correct price and it kept saying my card was not accepted, I added another card still same response, checked with my card company but no transaction was rejected.
